Rossella Broccoli
After graduating in Law from the University of Bologna, in 2008 Rossella starts collaborating with one of the primary Italian firms specialised in industrial property. During this period of experience, she has been involved in consultancy in the area of trademarks and designs, particularly in prior art searches, pre-filing opinions, and filing of national and foreign trademarks and designs.
Rossella has extensive expertise in assisting clients in prosecution, opposition and annotation and transcription of intellectual property titles.
During her professional career, Rossella assists major companies in various sectors: clothing, footwear, mechanics, electronics, IT, cosmetics, medical and service sectors.
In 2024, she joins the GLP Group, where she assists Italian clients in IP rights protection, and IP portfolio management, as well as providing proactive pre- and post-filing advice in the trademark and design sector.
