Mexico has acceded to the International Trademark convention
5 December 2012Mexico has acceded to the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks.
The Madrid Protocol (1989) will enter into force, with respect to Mexico, on 19 febbraio 2013.
Currently the countries which have signed the Convention to the Madrid Agreement and Protocol are as follows:
