Amendments to the implementing regulations of the Industrial Property Code
24 August 2010On 18 August 2010, Decree n. 131 of 13 August 2010, which contains the amendments to the implementing regulations of the Industrial Property Code, was published in the Official Gazette n. 195/L. The amendments regulations will come into force on 02 September 2010.
