UK Referendum: no changes in IP rights management yet
30 June 2016On June 23rd 2016 the UK voted to leave the European Union, but has not yet triggered article 50 of the Lisbon treaty, ruling the request to leave the EU by a member state. Negotiations between the UK and the European Union will start only after the triggering of article 50 and will be concluded within 2 years.
At the end of such period, the legislative process will be defined, also with regards to the management of IP titles.
At present, any further statement would be a biased assumption.
